What methods of payment do you accept?

For Singapore buyers, funds transfer via ATM / Internet Banking OR Paypal.
For international buyers, Paypal only.

Payment must be made within 24 hours from the time you received a payment invoice.

Please note that if we do not receive your payment within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Extension of payment may be given up to 48 hours and is only allowed for item(s) that are not on the waiting list.

What are your shipping (postage charges) rates?

Ohmymuffins uses Singapore Post (Singpost). We offer Ordinary (Normal) Mailing and Registered Mailing. Postage charges for both normal and registered mailing will be quoted to you in your payment invoice. An additional $2.24 is applicable for registered mailing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Currently to Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong and Taiwan. For other countries, please email to

All international orders will be shipped via Registered Airmail; a tracking number will be provided however it is not an actual tracking number, but rather simply shows that your parcel has been dispatched from Singapore to overseas.

Please note that we are not liable for customs, duties, taxes or brokerage fees assessed by the carrier. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

How long until my items arrive?

Items are usually shipped (mailed) out within 1 to 2 days after confirmation of payment.

In most cases (for local order), delivery will take 2 to 3 days for ordinary (normal) mailing and up to 3 working days for registered mailing.

Please note that normal mailing is not tracked nor traceable hence we are not responsible for any lost mail. We can only help you file for a lost mail report.

It is advisable to opt for registered mailing; we will send you a registered reference number provided by Singapore Post. You can track the status of your parcel at Singpost website.

For local urgent order, Speedpost EMS (Next Day Saver) service is available from $14.00.

International orders do take longer depending on where they are shipping, the mail system of that country and customs. Delivery time can vary from 6-15 working days. If you require a shorter shipping time, Speedpost EMS shipping takes up to 4 working days.

I am ready to purchase however I am afraid my accessories might get crushed during mail transit, how can you reduce the risk of it happening?

Accessories mainly bobby pins, necklaces and other small items will be fully wrapped up with sufficient bubble wraps. You can request for a small gift box at an additional $0.30.
All ear studs / ear rings / rings will be bubble-wrapped and have to be placed inside a small gift box (gift box cost will be added into postage).

What is your return/refund policy?

We want you to be happy with your items! Don't hesitate to check with us before making a purchase if you have questions. We do not offer exchanges & refunds. However, if you are disappointed with your order, please email us within 3 days and we will try to work out something with you.

If you need to return an item due to error on the part of Ohmymuffins, we will send out a replacement at our expense after the incorrect shipment is returned.

In an event of lost mail, we will not issue refund or replacement of items. Recipient address and return address will be clearly written and a photo will be taken before posting out. You can request for a photo of your parcel to be sent to you via email.

Will my personal information be safe with you?

Your email address, mailing address, mobile number will not be disclosed to any parties that are not related to your purchase.

I joined your mailing list but I do not wish to receive anymore update email, how can I unsubscribe?

If you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please send an email to with
